Delivery and Returns information

My Wardrobe Boutique accepts returns:
• Within 14 days for unused items in original condition with all tags intact
• Within 14 days on any item damaged during delivery
• Within 14 days on any faulty item

If you wish to return an item, please email mywardrobeboutiqueonline@gmail.com quoting your invoice number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Please send the item(s) out for return, along with a copy of the invoice receipt, to us at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns can also be accepted in-store with satisfactory proof of purchase.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days.
